If you’re tired of wrinkles or you’re desperate to wave goodbye to facial lines for good this winter, we have the perfect solution. Our non-surgical facial treatments are designed to tackle the common signs of ageing to give you a fresher, brighter and younger complexion.
We offer Botox and dermal filler treatment to combat lines, wrinkles and folds and inject youthful beauty into your skin.
What is Botox?
Botox is a very popular non-invasive facial treatment, which is most commonly used to target wrinkles. Botox is a purified form of botulinum toxin type A, which works to smooth lines and create a more youthful appearance by reducing muscle contraction in the facial muscles. It does this by blocking the action of nerve signals to the muscles. The procedure for Botox treatment is very simple and fast and most sessions are complete within 20 minutes. A very fine needle is used to inject Botox into different areas of the face (usually the forehead, around the eyes and the skin around the nose and mouth). The result of Botox treatment usually last between 3 and 6 months; it is possible to prolong the results by continuing treatment in the future.
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are designed to add volume to the skin and they help to add firmness and bounce, which may have disappeared due to a loss of collagen, which occurs as part of the ageing process. We use Restylane, a filler treatment, which uses ingredients found naturally in the body, to plump up the skin and enhance the features. As well as tackling lines and wrinkles and adding volume to dull, sunken skin, we can also use Restylane to create fuller lips.
The procedure for filler treatment is very similar to that of Botox; a fine needle is used to inject the filler into the areas of the skin, which require some TLC and the results last for up to 9 months. There’s no pain involved and you can get back to whatever the rest of the day holds straight after your treatment session.
