Cerec Leads The Way In Tooth Restoration At London Bridge

We are delighted to offer our patients amazing same-day restorative treatment thanks to the incredibly innovative Cerec system. With Cerec, we are able to create and fit bespoke restorations to cater for all your needs in one single day.
What is Cerec?
Usually, if you need a crown, an inlay or onlay or some veneers, treatment takes place over 2 sessions and we send impressions of your teeth away to a dental laboratory. With Cerec, we are able to complete the entire restorative treatment process on-site and this enables us to offer same-day treatment. Cerec technology takes care of the design and manufacturing processes and we then fit your new restoration.
With Cerec, we take images of the teeth with a camera and these are converted into accurate 3D models; these designs are sent to the on-site milling machine and the custom-made restoration is ready seconds later. Once your new restoration is ready, we can fit it there and then, so there’s no need to worry about booking multiple appointments or getting time off work.
The benefits of Cerec
The most obvious benefit of Cerec is speed; a process, which often takes 2 weeks, now requires just one treatment session. This also increases convenience for patients, as they don’t need to schedule more than one appointment. The process is also cleaner and more accurate and patients don’t need to put up with putty moulds, which can be uncomfortable, especially for those with a sensitive gag reflex. As dentists, we also have more control of the design process and we can show patients how everything works to give the greater understanding of the procedure.
When can Cerec be used?
We are able to use Cerec to create bespoke veneers, inlays and onlays and crowns.
